I have worked out a meal plan for tomorrow from the CSIRO diet:
BREAKFAST – 200g low fat yoghurt, apple
LUNCH – chicken sandwich – 100g chicken, 50g cheese with cabbage and a tomato.
DINNER – beef dish with 100g beef and veggies with a soy sauce.
The CSIRO Diet is not that big on snacks and I am used to having them so it will be a test tomorrow. They say 5 or 6 small meals are best but I find it makes me think about food more than I should so just eating 3 times might reduce the food thoughts.

I think if 3 works better for you, than that’s the way to go. Some people find six are better for them ‘cuz they don’t feel as deprived. I tried it both ways and am more like you – 3 is fine for me! : ) Good luck!
