I weighed 113.6 this morning. I’m not sure what went wrong yesterday. I must have had a bit too much. I didn’t track my intake as obsessively yesetdray, I think that was the problem and I lost track of how many calories I had.

and my mum gave me $20 and I have bought a couple of books from the US for about $17
Also my friend is going to buy me some jeans I think. Thats what I requested when she asked!
Another year older, my son will want me to cook a cake. Why do I have to work on my birthday? LOL
I am doing a mindmap of all my memories so I could possible write a book. I found some software that is great, called Freemind. We shall see how that goes, it is hard work dredging up all the memories but this software makes it easier to remember everything!
I really wan’t expecting anything from my parents and it was a nice surprise to get something! The 2 books I got was, ‘Your money or your life’ by Joe Dominguez. and the Cheapskate Monthly by Mary Hunt. I shall see what they are like when I receive them!

I weighed 112.8 this morning slightly up by 400 grams. I expect to lose in the morning as I have been good today

I weighed in at 112.4 kilos this morning, That is a loss of 1.1 kilos since Wednesday.
I had some chocolate bunny and a chocolate drumstick ice cream from Aldi yesterday but I still lost because I compensated for it. It can be done, you can still have treats and lose weight!
I am having chicken laska for lunch and dinner today, I have planned out my menu.
Breakfast
22 grapes
2 soy and linseed toast with 1 and a half teaspoons of peanut butter
Snack
4 vitaweat and cheese
Lunch
chicken laska (100g chicken) and 75g (cooked) rice
Snack
1 orange
1 apple
Dinner
same as lunch
Snack
tablespoon icing sugar
2 teaspoons of cocoa
2 teaspoons of margarine

This is a picture of the extensions we built last year while they were in progress.
I feel so in control of my food intake, I didn’t arrange my menu until later in the day today and I have had one of my best days ever! Can’t wait to see the scales in the morning!
I had my official weigh-in day at my diet group, I stayed the same. I was so pleased as I thought I would put on. There was only 4 of us there and 2 lost and 2 of us stayed the same, I’m so glad I didn’t gain weight! I would have been the only one!
Well an Aldi drumstick ice cream is coming my way tomorrow, I am going to enjoy it! I have one, once a fortnight as a treat…
