Hi, I have started this blog as an outlet to my Food Obsession. I am always thinking about food, thinking what I can have to eat. The thing is over the past 4 years I have lost 50 kilos but I still obsess about food! So I have created this blog to track my weight loss (Yes I will lose weight! repeat I will lose weight!) I am 115 kilos on the scales this morning and tonight I am 115.7 kilos. Yes I get weighed morning and night. As I said I obsess not only about food but also my weight.

 I also am one of 8 women who meet every week to get weighed. We just pay $1 a week, plus contribute $5 a week which you get back at Christmas time. I just bought new scales for the group last week, they were on special at Woolies for $19.95, normal price $32 00 since there are 8 of us, it will just cost us $2.50 each.

 I had 5 cashews and 3 half walnuts and in that alone is 90 calories. I have diet software that has everything I can possibly buy from the supermarket. It even has Aldi brands. I got it from www.calorieking.com.au and it cost $44.95. It is well worth it. Membership is now free so you can access the diet diary for free online. The software is easier to use though and it suits my obsessive nature. According to the software I have had 1017 calories today.

 My Mum has lost 7.5 kilos since October last year. I stopped losing in March of last year, I think I can trace that to me stopping going to my diet group so I started back going this year.

 Well thats all for now, I shall update my weight in the morning. I am usually up at 5am. I spend a couple of hours online after I have got my son’s lunch and drink and school bag ready. And of course I get weighed as soon as I have been to the bathroom in the morning!
