Lunch Wednesday, Jan 31 2007 

I had noodles with veggies, 2 eggs and reduced fat cheese. You cook the noodles like normal, add the seasoning, drain the liquid, fry the veggies with a drop of good olive oil. Grate some cheese, beat the eggs, then add everything together. Put some extra cheese on the top as well as stir some through, then bake in oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. YUM!

 I am also going to get a Triple Choc Crunch paddle pop from the shop. Its about 150 calories but well worth it. Since I have had a big lunch and am having the ice cream, I might skip dinner.

 I also walked back from town. I had to catch the bus in because I had to carry some heavy scales I bought the weight loss group. The scales weighed accurately today, thank goodness. The carpet is fairly thin and there is a hard floor beneath it so they weigh ok! They tested them out and it came up with the right numbers.

Breakfast Wednesday, Jan 31 2007 

For breakfast I have had 2 apples as I read that apples contain pectin and pectin stops you from feeling hungry. Also I have had 1 and a half slices of toast with a bit of olive oil spread from Aldi. Plus a large drink of raspberry diet cordial.

 I don’t feel hungry!

Weigh-in Wednesday, Jan 31 2007 

I weighed 114.1 this morning which is a loss of 900 grams on yesterdays weight. I am very pleased with that!

Drinking heaps Tuesday, Jan 30 2007 

I’ve been drinking heaps of diet cordial tonight. I really like the raspberry flavour of Cottee’s or Golden Circle. They are both good! Funnily enough this time of night doesn’t bother me where food is concerned. Its like the food radar switches off once 7pm hits. It is much more relaxing mentally thats for sure!

My son is playing the ps2 game ‘Over the Hedge’.

 I am definitely going to take my hour long walk tomorrow. I will see if that does anything to the muscle mass when I get weighed tomorrow night.

 Well, I will get back to reading my favourite blogs!

What the scale really says Tuesday, Jan 30 2007 

I have a scale that measures Kgs, Fat, Water and Muscle. It says in the instructions that it measures better at night so I am going to post my stats every night. Here is tonight’s stats:

Kgs: 115.7

Fat: 47%

Water: 34%

Muscle: 21.4%

Hopefully with the exercise I do the muscle figure will come up and the fat will go down!

 I’d really love to get that fat percentage down. It will be so much easier to start walking when the weather gets less hot!

Introduction Tuesday, Jan 30 2007 

Hi, I have started this blog as an outlet to my Food Obsession. I am always thinking about food, thinking what I can have to eat. The thing is over the past 4 years I have lost 50 kilos but I still obsess about food! So I have created this blog to track my weight loss (Yes I will lose weight! repeat I will lose weight!) I am 115 kilos on the scales this morning and tonight I am 115.7 kilos. Yes I get weighed morning and night. As I said I obsess not only about food but also my weight.

 I also am one of 8 women who meet every week to get weighed. We just pay $1 a week, plus contribute $5 a week which you get back at Christmas time. I just bought new scales for the group last week, they were on special at Woolies for $19.95, normal price $32 00 since there are 8 of us, it will just cost us $2.50 each.

 I had 5 cashews and 3 half walnuts and in that alone is 90 calories. I have diet software that has everything I can possibly buy from the supermarket. It even has Aldi brands. I got it from www.calorieking.com.au and it cost $44.95. It is well worth it. Membership is now free so you can access the diet diary for free online. The software is easier to use though and it suits my obsessive nature. According to the software I have had 1017 calories today.

 My Mum has lost 7.5 kilos since October last year. I stopped losing in March of last year, I think I can trace that to me stopping going to my diet group so I started back going this year.

 Well thats all for now, I shall update my weight in the morning. I am usually up at 5am. I spend a couple of hours online after I have got my son’s lunch and drink and school bag ready. And of course I get weighed as soon as I have been to the bathroom in the morning!
